A Week of Re-Runs!

Once again tonight we had leftovers! I really do cook, I promise. Sunday night we had a "Traditional Sunday DInner." Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, and Peas. Of course, now that we have had our leftovers my husband will now indulge in lunchtime meatloaf sandwiches. Anyway for this meal I made a quick gravy out of beef broth, I brought the broth to a boil with large chunks of onion, cellary, and bay leaf, after it came to a boil add half a cup of water, removed onion and cellary, added corn starch slurry (corn starch + 1c water), and let simmer utill thick. Quck, Easy and Low Fat!
