Tips & Tricks

Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and if you have never prepared a Thanksgiving meal before and are going to be preparing one for a crowd here are a few tips:

1. Make a Grocery list, for Thankgiving Day Meals, don't forget about Breakfast! If you are going to have several people for several days, plan for those meals as well. Don't be afarid to be creative with your leftovers!
2. Prepare as much as you can early. Cook the Turkey a day ahead, carve, and re-heat the day of Thanksgiving.
3. Keep in mind everyone may not like everything you cook for Thankgiving Dinner, its OK, there is usually a lot of food, and to help with those picky family members, make Thanksgiving a Pot-Luck!
4. Things go wrong when your cooking all that food, apoloigize for your error, but don't obsess over it. Everyone makes mistakes in the Kitchen, and even more so on Thanksgiving its ok.
