Ingredients
Cake:
1/4 c canola oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c milk (not skim)
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
3/4 c sugar
2 t baking powder
Dash salt
Topping:
1/4 c brown sugar
1 T Flour
1 t cinnamon
1 T melted butter (unsalted)
1/2 c ground mixed nuts (optional)
Combine oil, egg, milk and mix well.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and whisk to mix.
Stir in your wet ingredients to your dry, mix well.
Spread into greased 9x9 pan.
Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle of top of cake mixture.
Bake at 375 for 25m.
Serve warm or cool, also topped with powdered sugar glaze drizzled over the top.
